POTENTIAL MINING – A plan to maximize employee potential
A personal development program designed to build confidence and maximize leadership and socialization potential in employees. The program is developed in alignment with the mission, values and culture of an employee’s organization in order to protect the investment made in the hiring commitment.
The objective of Potential Mining is twofold: 1) improve employee retention rates for an organization by offering opportunities for employees to excel in their positions and to feel as if they are a vital contributor; and 2) guide employees to live up to their potential.
